It is hard to believe that we are already reaching the end of the year. The ICC team is deep in preparation for the 2025 Venture Catalyst graduation next month, as well as the infamous ICC Christmas party, the last under the UniSA name.

It has been a busy month with our startups, past and present, hitting incredible milestones. From presentations at the largest international space congress, to award nominations, funding success, and MoUs with international counterparts, this year is far from slowing down for our startups.

A week at IAC

What an incredible week we had in Sydney at the International Astronautical Congress, representing Adelaide University. It was an extremely busy week, with bustling crowds at the largest international space conference.

Program Manager, Ben Rowley, was there and has given us an insight into the incredible things that happened during the week, including a range of achievements for a number of Venture Catalyst Space participants and alumni, such as AICRAFT, Paladin Space, HEX20, GroundZero Space and RapidBeam. There were MoUs signed, presentations delivered, and literally hundreds of conversations with potential customers.

Congratulations to Venture Catalyst Space alumni Ed Robinson, Founder of Robinson Aerospace Systems, and Harrison Box, Founder of Paladin Space, on being named amongst South Australia's top 50 entreprenuers.

SA Space Collab and Innovation Fund

Third round of the South Australian Space Collaboration and Innovation Fund deadline extended

Funding of up to $150,000 is available for two SA based space companies to support innovative projects with commercial potential in terrestrial resources, agriculture, emergency services and health.
