SABRN Tech was founded in Adelaide, South Australia, after founder and vascular surgeon Abe Chandra identified repeated delays in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetes and cardiovascular disease, particularly in rural and underserved communities. Drawing on his experience across both civilian and military healthcare, he observed that many serious complications could potentially be prevented through earlier and more accessible diagnostic screening.
