OffDev was founded in Adelaide in May 2026, when co-founder Clinton Page, with eight years’ experience in defence engineering, recognised that organisations operating in secure, air-gapped environments lack suitable software tooks. As a result, many are forced to develop custom, manual solutions, often requiring dedicated teams and significant resources. In a landscape dominated by online software products, co-founder and fellow engineer Ragya Kaul identified a clear gap and the opportunity for a standardised solution to enable secure, efficient offline operations. OffDev aims to become the global market leader in software for offline and air-gapped (completely isolated from the internet) systems.
